The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed awesome concerts at Heinz Hall. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was super friendly. Overall, a great spot for a fun getaway!

However, our room needed a bit of work. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the tub could’ve been cleaner. That was a letdown for sure.

I had a pleasant one-night stay in a King Room, which was modern and quite comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety, but I was disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. Also, fresh towels weren't provided which I expected. Overall, the location and room quality were nice, but the housekeeping service needs improvement.

The hotel had a lovely lobby with cozy seating, perfectly suited for my parents. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to shopping, and very accessible for those with mobility challenges like my family.

More assistance for elderly guests would be helpful.

During my stay, I found that the staff were incredibly accommodating, especially since we arrived late at night and were in need of a place to rest after a long drive. The clean room was a plus, but there was an unfortunate soaked carpet area that I discovered unexpectedly. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, especially compared to some of the rude service I encountered at other locations during my trip.

This was just a fitting option for a momentary pause in Monaca with exceptional value. The breakfast started at 5:30, which was great for early risers. Consider ordering in if you want food options during late nights.
